Naturopathy Appointments

Appointments are available in-clinic at Wholistic Health Centre in Wolli Creek, and my home clinic in Belmore. Online appointments are also available via Zoom for your convenience.

Initial Appointment (60-90mins) – $220

A comprehensive holistic health assessment designed to understand the full picture of your health. We will explore your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, pathology results and health goals. You will leave with a personalised foundation plan including nutrition, lifestyle, herbal and supplement recommendations where appropriate.

Extended Follow-up (45-60mins) – $165

Ideal for your second consultation, functional testing reviews, pathology reviews, or more complex cases requiring additional time. We will review your progress, discuss test results in detail, refine your treatment strategy and establish a clear medium term plan to support your health goals.

Standard Follow-up (30-45mins) – $110

A standard review appointment to monitor progress, assess your response to treatment and make adjustments as needed. We will continue building on your treatment plan and address any new concerns that arise along the way.

Short Follow-up (15-20mins) – $55

A brief check in for existing patients needing acute illness support, minor treatment plan adjustments, herb or supplement changes, or a quick progress review.

Initial Appointment for Couples – Fertility Support & Preconception Care (90-120mins) – $330

A comprehensive consultation for couples preparing for pregnancy or seeking support with fertility concerns. We will assess both partners’ health, lifestyle, nutrition, medical history and relevant pathology to identify opportunities to optimise fertility, support reproductive health and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. You will receive personalised recommendations and a clear plan tailored to your goals.

How to Prepare for the Appointment

An email will be sent to you that contains a link to an online New Patient Form. Please complete this as soon as possible, or at least a day prior to your appointment. You may want to send through any recent pathology results you have. The more information you can provide prior to your appointment, the better!

Access your Naturopathy appointment with one easy click, so you can stay on top of your health from the comfort of your home, or the convenience of your office. Your practitioner can refer you for pathology testing, and prescribe you herbal medicines and nutritional supplements that will be delivered to your door.

How to Enter the Online Appointment

All you will need is access to a computer, tablet or smart phone. Download the Zoom app on the device you will be using for the appointment. Within 48hrs of you booking the appointment, a unique Zoom link will be emailed to you, and again on the morning of your appointment. Simply click on the to start the Zoom meeting.
